Medications not included. The cost of medications is difficult to estimate since it is dependent upon several patient factors.

Ambulatory Surgery Center not included. The cost of the Ambulatory Surgery Center is $1,000.

Anesthesia not included. The cost of anesthesia is not included in package prices and must be paid directly to the service provider. The estimated average cost of anesthesia is $650.
